Research Pathologist. . Areas of expertise: Broad expertise in the biological control of terrestrial and aquatic weeds using fungi. Have surveyed and worked in many counties within sub- Saharan Africa and the lower income countries of the Asia-Pacific and tropical America. An extensive knowledge of pests and diseases affecting tropical crops, with expertise in diagnosing plant health problems. Actively involved in the training of overseas plant health specialists in plant disease diagnosis and techniques to improve extension and plant health.
