Justine Liberio Joseph is a researcher and a consultant in agricultural science, technology and innovations. Currently he is an Assistant Research Fellow with the Science, Technology and Innovation Policy Research Organization (STIPRO). He holds BSc. Agricultural Education and Extension and MSc. Agricultural Education and Extension both from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), Tanzania.
