A Colombian Civil Engineer with a M.Sc. degree on Agricultural Economics from Cornell University. Currently, the Executive Director of the Colombian Corporation of Agricultural Research (Corpoica). With vast managing experience at the public and private sector where he has dealt with diverse issues such us policy design, business development, strategy, planning and project design and implementation.

Vicki Wilde is the creator and director of African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD). AWARD's goal is to accelerate African agricultural development by strengthening the scientific and leadership skills of women agricultural researchers in sub-Saharan Africa. From 1999 to 2012, she was director of the CGIAR's Gender & Diversity Program.

My name is Mir Iqbal, i did my masters in mass communication and journalism from university of Kashmir (India). I am presently working with a local news paper here at Srinagar. I am an organic farmer and permaculture specialist in Canada also volunteering for my local farmers’ institute and agriculture association. I also have a Ph.D. in education with various publications and learning materials, some on agriculture. I am a former university academic program director and staff member (Head of a Capacity Strengthening Department) of a CGIAR center who now also does consulting on education and capacity development. I am interested in furthering the organic agriculture research and learning agenda while developing new partnerships through GCARD.

I am Dr Shahab Alddin Shokri, 32 Years old and Single, PhD in the field of Agricultural (Rural) Development from Iran. So far I have participated in six International conferences around the world. Now I am Faculty member of Agricultural Economics- Roudehen Branch- Islamic Azad University, Iran. I am really interested to continue my studies in the field of Economics.
