Am oluchi chibuzor, graduate of fisheries technology and health safety & Environment. i have been working in the agriculture sector since graduation from school. i have trained by various research institution in Nigeria on moringa, jatropha, sheabutter,agrobusiness programme by office of presidency on MDGs.

I am the manager of the Toledo Development Corporation, an agency with the mandate to facilitate, coordinate and promote sustainable development in the poorest district of Belize. I have over 30 years experience in rural/community development. I collaborate with NGOs, government agencies and other civil society organizations to deliver services to the rural poor to promote food security and sustainable livelihood activities. We recently formed a network (10 members) called the Toledo Agricultural Development Agencies (TADA).

I have possesses M.Sc., M.Phil. & Ph.D. Degree in Bio-Sciences (Plant-Sciences). I am working in a capacity of Superintendent Botanical Garden in MD University, Rohtak, Haryana, India since 02/11/1995. Currently, I am engage in research works in the field of Antimicrobial Effect of Plants Extracts against Phytopathogens and 33 numbers research papers have been published. The research work indicates that the use of plant extracts as antimicrobial agent to control plant pathogens is feasible and is cost effective as the material used is inexpensive.

Currently she is Head of Foresight Area (Agriculture Research) in the National Institute for the Agriculture and Food Research (INIA) (Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness). She has been scientific adviser and is involved in coordination tasks at the Directorate She General of INIA. Until 1993 Dr. Delgado worked as a senior scientific researcher at the Soil Science and Plant Nutrition Area in the INIA, being a project leader in several research projects, she was a research activities evaluator, having a number of scientific publications.

Eric Yirenkyi Danquah is a Professor of Plant Molecular Genetics at the Department of Crop Science,University of Ghana. He also serves as the Director of West Africa Centre for Crop Improvement(WACCI),an institution established in June 2007 to train a new generation of plant breeders for the West and Central Africa sub-region. He graduated, M.Phil(Plant Breeding) and Ph.D(Genetics),from the University of Cambridge,UK in 1987 and 1993 respectively.He was a visiting scientist at the BBSRC Long Ashton Research Institute,UK from 2000 to 2001.

Don Marquez has been the Executive Director of the Asian NGO Coalition for Agrarian Reform and Rural Development (ANGOC) since 2002. ANGOC is a regional network of NGOs working on rural development in 9 Asian countries and with an effective membership of around 3,000 NGOs in the region. ANGOC has long espoused sustainable agriculture and the rights of smallholder farmers to achieve poverty reduction and sustainability. ANGOC initially served as secretariat of the NGO Association for Agricultural Research in Asia and the Pacific (NAARAP).
