Professor of Livestock Science at the Open Tropical Forage-Animal Production Laboratory [OTF-APL] of the Department of Food Production [DFP], The Faculty of Science and Agriculture [FSA], The University of the West Indies [UWI], St Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. I am a nationale of Nigeria, from the Yoruba speaking tribe and a graduate of Plant Breeding and Seed Technology from the University of Agriculture of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. Currently, I am doing my 1year National Youth Service at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, Oyo State, Nigeria.

I am a PhD BA (strategic management) student at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and technology in Kenya. I have worked for 8 years in the private Agriculture sector and also taught for 2 years at a private university.
During the last 3 years I have been carrying out studies on the food processing industry in Kenya with special interest on its potential to bring about industrialization as well as upgrade the living standard of the communities living in areas with agricultural potential.

Currently i am pursuing M.SC(AGRICULTURE) in the Depertment of Agricultural chemistry & soil science under the faculty of Agriculture,Bidhan Chandra krishi viswavidyalaya (A State Agriculture University),West Bengal ,India.

Agricultural Economist. Senior Foresight and Development Policy Expert.

Robin Bourgeois recently joined the GFAR Executive Secretariat as Senior Foresight and Development Policies Expert under a secondment from the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (MAEE). Robin, who was born in Paris, has an Engineer Degree in Agronomy and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Montpellier.

Dr. Pareja is an agronomist (1972) with post-graduate studies in the USA (M.Sc. in Botany, 1976, and Ph.D. in Agronomy, 1984, both from Iowa State University). His educational background and early professional experience were in pest management, IPM and environmental impact of pesticides. For more than 35 years he has worked on research, education and training, extension and design, monitoring and evaluation of socio-economic development and research and innovation projects and institutions.

Also worked another 5 years as researcher at The International Centre for Biosaline Agriculture (ICBA) in Dubai – United Arab Emirates (2001 – 2006).
Worked 5 years as researcher at United Arab Emirates University – Experimental Station (1996 – 2001).
