Capacity Development is a high priority among the Partners in GFAR. The Tropical Agriculture Platform (TAP) announces the publication of the TAP Common Framework on Capacity Development for Agricultural Innovation Systems, following on its finalization at the TAP Partner Assembly on 20 January 2016 in Kigali, Rwanda. The Common Framework was published thanks to a collaboration with CABI, and TAP Partners’ contributions were welcomed at various stages of framework development.
