As academic qualification, I have a Master degree on Rural and Tropical Forestry and, PhD on Plant Biology and improvement. In addition, I have more than 17 years of professional experiences, coordinated various projects in a multicultural context many national and international. I also had the opportunity to manage huge private companies dealing with agricultural products. I’m well experienced on knowledge sharing, coaching students and staff works and, empowering local populations.

Ebba Augustin, CEO of the Philanthropy advisory SAANED, based in Amman/Jordan, Political and Social Scientist, has 20 years of work experience as project manager, adviser, researcher and consultant in the Middle East. Trained in the Development Planning Unit, University College London in 1991 she is a gender specialist with extensive experience in the water sector, agriculture and employment promotion. Since the early 90s she has conducted gender studies in the Middle East Region and conceptualized and advised gender projects and programs.

I'm program officer of NGO ACED. I'm charged to elaborate projects/programmes to be implemented by the Organization. Also, I'm responsible of strategies definition to raise funding for our projects in order to reach more poor communities specially farmers by increasing their capacity to reduce poverty. Finally, i attend Executive director in his various activities.

Bachelor of Business Administration and Public Accountant from the University of Montevideo. Masters in Design, Management and Project Management of the Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana (FUNIBER). I work as a Project Management Specialist in the Office in Uruguay of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture in the areas of Research and Innovation, Agricultural Health and Food Safety, Agribusiness and Agricultural Public Policy.

D.Watson grew up on small family-farm in northeast England & has over 30 years of commercial farming experience. He has a BSc in Agricultural Botany from the University of Reading, UK, & an MSc and PhD in food system development from the University of Hull, UK. Throughout the 1990s, he taught courses on Sustainable Agriculture and Environment at the University of Hull.

I have 35 years experience of agricultural research and rural innovation processes, working with national and regional programmes in Africa, Latin America and Asia. A graduate from the University of Nottingham, UK with a PhD on maize growth and temperature in Kenya, I worked as Crop Physiologist in Central America, and as Farming Systems Research Advisor in Nepal and Indonesia. In 1990, I joined ICRA in the Netherlands to manage international training programmes in Agricultural Research for Development (ARD), based in the Netherlands and Mexico.
